Hi,

Send me a PM with your Tpad number and i will check your account, also see if you can edit the Nimbuzz SIP settings and make sure your username is your 7 digit tpad number.

Just downloaded the new Nimbuzz Mobile Client, picked Tpad entered

1126789@sip.tpad.com
My Tpad Password

It connected first time and i made an PSTN call and an SIP Call and both were excellent.

Try creating a new tpad account and see if that works?
I will also get an engineer to re-enter your Tpad Number back onto the SER system. Did you tpad account work with anything else?

Hi Admin,

Thanks for reply.

Finally Tpad is registered with Nimbuzz. Infact problem was with WiFi Router. Here i tried thru 3g and it registered successfully.

FYI there are other SIP VOIPs those are registered with same WiFi Router except Tpad.

regards,

In the router find the NAT Settings and enter

STUN SERVER = stun.tpad.com
STUN PORT = 3478

or

SIP Registrar = 60
KEEP NAT ALIVE = 2
